Bona Furtuna’s Ancient Grain Pasta from Italy celebrates the rich spirit of Sicilian land and tradition. Made with 100% organic, non-GMO heirloom wheat like Perciasacchi and Russello, our pasta is non-fortified, non-enriched, and naturally flavorful, with ideal elasticity and easy digestibility.
Stone-milled and crafted in small batches by Sicilian sfoglina, our heirloom wheat pasta is bronze-die cut, hand-shaped, and slowly air-dried in the Mediterranean breeze. The result is authentic Italian pasta with a perfect al dente bite.
