Bona Furtuna’s organic ancient grain pasta celebrates the rich spirit of Sicilian land and tradition, as it is completely produced in Sicily. It begins with native Sicilian heirloom wheat varieties of Russello and Perciasacchi, grown and harvested in Central Sicily. It is then milled, cut with bronze dies, and slow dried, providing ideal texture and elasticity. The result is a naturally flavorful, authentic Italian pasta with a perfect al dente bite.
