Dozens of Sicilian herbs and spices have grown wild on La Furtuna Estate for centuries. Because of Sicily’s unique location and climate, these varieties are far more resilient — and flavorful — than their heavily domesticated cousins. We harvest the richest spices and herbs from the farm and combine them with other local gems, like Trapani sea salt, to create 100% organic Sicilian seasonings and blends that add incredible flavor and texture to any dish.
