Taste the Difference with Red Garlic
Characterized by a deep reddish color of the robes of its bulbis, Sicilian red garlic possesses a strong allicin level and intricately potent flavor. When infused into coarse pure Trapani sea salt, hints of the saline Sicilian coast marry with chopped garlic for a flavorful addition to your kitchen. Sprinkle on this organic garlic salt to add depth to rich cuisine and taste the difference.
A Euphoric Pinch of Garlic-Infused Salt
Using red garlic originating from Nubia in Western Sicily, our Sicilian Sea Salt with Organic Garlic seasoning has a potent aroma and sharp flavor. Grown deep in dark and dry soil, bulbs are manually harvested through traditional practices, sorted by size, woven into long braids, and hung to air-dry in the salty breeze. When ready, red garlic essential oils are infused into Trapani sea salt for a euphoric mixture of sharp potency and natural minerality.
I love this spice. It's not just salt and garlic but a very intense flavor combination , so use sparingly on your favorite dishes. It’s a powerhouse spice.
Grazie mille Margrit! We're flattered by your review and our team is very grateful to hear from you. The garlic salt is great in so many different ways, as you're discovering!
I’ve used garlic sea salt before but this one is amazingly better. You can tell the difference when you sniff the jar and I t doesn’t take much to give great flavor to your dishes. I really love it. The lemon sea salt is also amazing!
Grazie Doug! We're so glad you found our Sicilian Sea Salt with Organic Garlic! As you said, a little goes a long way to adding some wonderful flavor to a dish. We've been loving it on some of our summer grilling lately- vegetables, steak, mushrooms, it's hard to go wrong!
This is great. Has actual prices of garlic. This makes recipes great.
We're thrilled that you like it! There's no substitute for fresh garlic but this is pretty close :)
