Sicilian Balsamic Marinated Steak

Marinate any steak in this Sicilian balsamic vinaigrette for a deliciously flavorful steak you'll love. Buon appetito.

INGREDIENTS

▢ 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

▢ 1 tbsp of Organic Oregano Flowers

▢ 1/2 tbsp of Mamma Rose's Herb Blend

▢ 1/2 tbsp of mustard

▢ 1 tbsp of soy sauce

▢ 1/4 cup of Invecchiato 7-Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

▢ 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Pure Sicilian Sea Salt

▢ Fresh black pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend together the garlic, Oregano Flowers, Mamma Rose's Herb Blend, mustard, soy sauce and Invecchiato Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Gradually add the olive oil while blending. Add a pinch of Pure Sicilian Sea Salt and fresh black pepper.
  2. Marinate your favorite steak cut in a glass or ceramic baking dish for 3-24 hours (the longer the better).
  3. Oil the grates and bring a grill to around 450℉. Remove the steak from the marinade, season with Pure Sicilian Sea Salt and fresh black pepper and grill over moderate heat to desired doneness. Finish steak with a drizzle of any remaining marinade.
