Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil in a greased 10” round pan.
Combine all the dough ingredients and beat at high speed with an electric mixer for 60 seconds. Add peeled, roasted garlic cloves and mix 10 more seconds.
Scoop the sticky dough into prepared pan, cover, and let rise at room temperature for 60 minutes.
While dough rises, preheat oven to 375ºF. Gently poke dough with your fingers to create dimples. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Oregano Salt. Bake until golden, approximately 30 minutes.
