Herbs
I love the herbs and salts, my favorite of all is the oregano, it takes me back to Italy when I was growing up, the smell and flavor are priceless, I just feel like been back home.

My favorite oregano
I love the intensity of the aroma - it is compellingly intoxicating!! I have used it on pork and chicken and know as the season is changing it will find its way into many braises and other soul warming dishes !!!
