I'm going to be living on a boat for 6 weeks this summer enjoying a variety of seafood that we catch and procure. This variety of oils will fill all my needs for variety to use from salads to shrimp, fish and crab. A chef friend taught me to dribble a bit of oil in the palm of my hand, smell it, then take it into my mouth. We were able to sample all the oils in the package this way. Any oil residue left on my hand was rubbed in.
