Grilled Shrimp with Pinzimonio

Sweet and juicy, grilled shrimp and warm sunny days go hand in hand. Dipped into a sunny mixture of our beautiful, bright, and aromatic Pinzimonio Herb Blend and vibrant Heritage Blend Olive Oil, this grilled shrimp recipe is quick to assemble, and quick to disappear!


Grilled Shrimp



Serves 6


1 lb peeled whole shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil 
▢ Salt and pepper
▢ 1 lemon
▢ 1/4 cup Biancolilla Centinara
▢ 2 tbsp Pinzimonio Herb Blend



  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high. 
  2. Toss the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side, just until the shrimp turns pink. You don’t want to over cook them. Place them in a clean bowl and squeeze with fresh lemon. 
  3. Pour ¼ cup of Biancolilla Centinara Olive OIl in a serving dish and spoon Pinzimonio blend into the oil and stir. Serve alongside the shrimp with toothpicks. 
  4. Mangiamo.
