We use olive oil almost exclusively for cooking, but we save the exquisite olive oil from Bona Fortuna for “adornment,” — a drizzle over a freshly picked garden salads, hearty cooked grains like farro, and pasta dishes — where the deep flavor can shine! (Balsamic vinegar from Bona Fortuna is equally wonderful!). We found out about Bona Fortuna from a dear friend, whose family is from Sicily.
