Perfect for roast veggies!
We love to roast all kinds of veggies with olive oil and this particular salt. When I first encountered it in a gift set, I was skeptical. I now have two more backup jars on the shelf because we use it at least twice a week. Whether roast eggplant, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, or pan-sautéed haricots, this bright combination of lemon with mineralized salt is perfect.
