I was excited to try this newest blend from Bona Furtuna. It did not disappoint. I decided to keep it simple with some angel hair pasta, Bona Furtuna's heritage blend olive oil and this aglio e oglio blend. The aroma from the parsley and garlic when it hit the warm pasta was mouth-watering. Each ingredient is perfectly matched to compliment the other. I loved it so much I purchased one for each of my brothers. This is a must have for your pantry!

The spice mixture took all of the work out of the process and the result was a fabulous pasta dish that tasted like it had required much more labor. Can’t wait to make again. I also plan to use the spice in other ways, on vegetables, in salads, and maybe meatballs. Definitely in dipping oil.
