We now make an olive oil cake and risotto from the subscription almost monthly. Could not recommend more. Plus you get full bottles of olive oil and pasta as well as sauce and spices!

United StatesI ordered the 6-month subscription for my parents and am not disappointed. Each recipe is specifically curated and ingredients are especially sourced and chosen to enhance the dish. Expect to buy all the fresh ingredients yourself - but that is not a detractor for this box. You can substitute for your own dried ingredients, but there really is a difference, so just get the fresh ones. My only comment would be that for smaller dishes, like the risotto, more ingredients should be included. This is a premium box and I did not expect that 70 percent of the ingredients needed to be purchased for a dish like that. All of the olive oils included, in particular, are superlative - fresh, bright, and clean. 4 out of 5 stars and an absolute must buy subscription!!
