I can see that for the month of April, we will not be including a Marinara Sauce :). Typically we will alternate between our Marinara Sauces or our Pestos & Spreads depending on the theme for that month and included recipes. We just returned from Italy a few months ago where I learned I could actually eat bread, pasta and many other things I haven’t eaten in years. (I have an autoimmune disease and cannot eat wheat, corn or soy in the United States without hives, joint pain, headaches, digestive issues and thyroid storms.) My daughter gave this subscription box to me as a Christmas gift knowing how much I missed being able to eat in Italy.

United StatesWe gave the 3 month subscription as a wedding gift to a couple who are, not just starting out. It arrived the day before their wedding which was perfect timing. I’d actually ordered the subscription that week, so that was very prompt. The couple was very enthusiastic about the gift! They said it was a perfect and unique gift for them. They want us to share a meal in the second shipment!
