All delicious, and loaded with character
I am hard-pressed to choose a favorite olive oil. All have so much character, and are equally addictive. I particularly enjoy them for dipping with focaccia, and on simply prepared pasta; the flavors are distinctive, and I think best when allowed to stand out. It would be a little wasteful to use these oils in salad dressing or for sauteeing--they are just too good.
