Bucatini

1 review
Many centuries past, a Sicilian pasta maker decided to experiment with perfecting spaghetti. After toying with various interpretations of the celebrated shape, he decided to try a hollow variation. Cooking to a perfect al dente each time, and collecting sauce beautifully, bucatini quickly became lauded throughout the country.

Best Bucatini

I've been using another brand of bucatini, from Napoli but from now on I'll be using Bona Fortuna's. I used it in pasta chi sarde and my family & guests loved it.
