Disappointed

Was expecting bright green color pistachios. I spent money including shipping for a little amount of pistachios which were not of good quality.

I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our Sicilian Pistachios. Our Pistachios do include their exterior purple skin. By peeling the skin off or biting one in half you'll see a vibrant green color within. We pride ourselves on sourcing local and artisanal producers. Our Pistachios come from ancient pistachio trees managed by an Italian family in San Biagio Platani, a small town in Sicily. During harvest season, the entire family comes together to pick the pistachios. We always want to ensure customer satisfaction so I am very sorry that our pistachios did not match your expectations. I’ve eaten a lot of pistachios but these are stand outs from all the rest They are meaty and flavorful
