I purchased a jar of this at Williams Sonoma store a few months ago. Discovered they no longer carried it so I was very happy to find I could order directly from the Bona Fortuna. This salt flavors everything so delicately. I use it on salads, fish, tomatoes, etc. It is a perfect finishing salt.

I use this for the world’s best garlic bread. Everyone raves about it. I add a generous amount of it to soft butter and garlic and grated Parmesan. I actually plan meals around it!

Just thoroughly enjoyed this seasoning. Used it to season A Greek salad The salad was tomato, cucumber, Greek olives, Red onion, with olive oil and white wine vinegar... topped with feta cheese. Yum!
