When my husband and I saw a documentary about American pasta and how over processed it is, making it balloon up to twice its size when cooked we understood why it was making us feel so bloated when we ate it. The interesting thing is Italian pasta doesn’t do that. So I started buying our pasta from Bona Furtuna. A true Italian pasta it is so tasty, keeps its shape when cooked (doesn’t expand an enormous amount) and we can eat it without all the bloat. We are never going back to American made pasta again. So glad this is available. And the shipping is so fast!

This was my first time trying the Bona Fortuna Ditalini and was blown away with the quality and texture of the pasta. Ditalini is a tough noodle to get right and it was perfect for the dish we prepared. I wish I had a photo to share because it was beautiful and delicious!
