Long used in Italian cooking, fennel pollen is golden yellow with rustic green specks of magical flavor. Hand harvested from the Sicani mountains at La Furtuna Estate, organic fennel has hollow stems that bloom small yellow flowers. Pollen is collected from the flowers and tediously dried with a deft touch. Amazing aroma

Wild fennel pollen can be used a number of ways in recipes from roasted. Meat and poultry to salads. Amazing aroma and flavor that enhances the eating experience.

I use this on EVERYTHING

My whole family is obsessed with the Bona Furtuna Fennel Pollen. We put it on everything from sweets to savories. One of my favorite easy recipes is 100% Bona Furtuna: Tagliatelle Pasta + EVOO + Truffle Salt + Fennel Pollen. That’s it. Nothing more and nothing less. Pure perfection. There is a TON of pasta in one package. Feeds 5 people in my house, including two teenage boys.
