Delicious Balsamic Vinegar!
I have made a delicious dressing/marinade with Bona Furtuna’s balsamic vinegar of Modena & Biancolila Centenara olive oil & herbs &spices. Have been putting it on green salads, using it as a marinade for baked chicken, on watermelon/cucumber/feta/mint salad and dipping fresh sour dough bread in it. It is SO DELICIOUS!
We love to hear the variety of dishes that our Balsamic Vinegar is being paired with. A personal favorite it to sprinkle it on pizza.

Best for the Price
This is a delicious, slightly sweet smooth tasting vinegar. I love it and embellish many different foods with it to make them more tasty. It goes well with fish, vegetables and grains which is most of my diet. Try it on salmon and you will never eat salmon again without it--guaranteed!

I love this balsamic vinegar, and hesitate to call it vinegar.. the caramelized balsamic coats the palette with a rich density of coffee undertones that balance gracefully with the tartness of cherries and sweet raspberries, creating a dream for garden tomatoes, sautéed vegetables, or a dip with your favorite French bread. It is a fabulous accompaniment to any meal! Totally recommend!!
