It was a good experience
Most of the time I eat a Columba Pasquale at Easter for the sake of tradition, not because I actually enjoy it. Well, we have a new tradition now! The Bona Fortuna Columba is truly delicious. No weird off tastes, just delicious amaretto, almond, and fruit in a moist, flaky not-at-all dry brioche. We loved it at Easter and ate it up for days following. Ci vediamo la prossima Pasquale!
