We just returned from Italy a few months ago where I learned I could actually eat bread, pasta and many other things I haven’t eaten in years. (I have an autoimmune disease and cannot eat wheat, corn or soy in the United States without hives, joint pain, headaches, digestive issues and thyroid storms.) My daughter gave this subscription box to me as a Christmas gift knowing how much I missed being able to eat in Italy.
