The bountiful garden vegetables of the season inspired this Italian-American dish first created in New York City in the 1970’s. We’ve elevated this delicious dish one step further by mixing our Lemon Salt and fresh asparagus, a wild vegetable that grows in abundance on our farm, into the cream sauce for a richly satisfying meal.
Fantastic just like all products
I cannot be without this salt. I put in dish, then add my Bona fortuna olive oil. Dip bread and you’re in heaven. I sprinkle on salads. It’s just delicious.

Thanks Grace! This is our Sicilian version of the herb de Provence seasoning, rich in the flavorful bounty of our Sicilian farm!
All of their herbs are of the highest quality. The minute you open one the aroma carries you to Italy. I used this particular Sicilian herb blend to season grilled halibut-delicious! Also used it to season pork chops before grilling. A drizzle of olive oil (theirs of course!) over the top off the grill and it doesn't get any better;-) (for our tastes, I added little bit of cumin and fennel to the blend for the chops).
