Some call it Sicilian bread lasagna. Some call it tomato and cheese pie. Whatever you take to calling it, we're sure you're going to love Scaccia Ragusana. Originating from the southern Sicilian town of Ragusa, this Scaccia features Bona Furtuna organic olive oil, sauce, and herb seasonings for a mouthwatering treat.

It was a good experience
Most of the time I eat a Columba Pasquale at Easter for the sake of tradition, not because I actually enjoy it. Well, we have a new tradition now! The Bona Fortuna Columba is truly delicious. No weird off tastes, just delicious amaretto, almond, and fruit in a moist, flaky not-at-all dry brioche. We loved it at Easter and ate it up for days following. Ci vediamo la prossima Pasquale!
Grazie, Sara! We're so glad you found us! This was the first time we offered Colomba and we'd have to agree with you- it turned out great! Hope you get to try some of our olive oil and other products, and we'll definitely continue making Colomba next year!
This cake was delicious! The texture and flavor was supberb.
Grazie Sofia! We hope you had a great holiday with the Colomba and hope you get to enjoy some of our other products too!
Incredible. This Colomba disappeared at our house as soon as we opened it. Everyone loved it and the family polished it off in one sitting!
Grazie Filippo! We're so happy you enjoyed the Sicilian Colomba. The Sicilian almonds and sugar add a nice extra crunch to this delicious cake!
