Magnifico, Andrea! We use ancient heirloom grains in our pasta which are easier to digest than their highly processed counterparts especially for those with gluten intolerances. We are relaunching some of our Tomato Sauces at the beginning of 2024 which I highly recommend pairing with our pastas for quick yet elevated weeknight meal.
