  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Slice of Summer Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bona Furtuna, Current, Modernist Cuisine, or Sobelini Pizza Crunch and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The giveaway begins on August 13, 2026 at 10am EDT and ends on August 16, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT. All entries must be received by the closing time to be eligible.
  4. HOW TO ENTER: 
    1. Follow participating brands (Bona Furtuna, Modernist Cuisine, Sobelini Pizza Crunch, and Current) on Instagram.
    2. Like the Slice of Summer Giveaway Instagram post. 
    3. Comment and tag other Instagram accounts for additional entries.
  5. PRIZE & ODDS: The prize is:

    The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1900. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 17, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM). If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. PUBLICITY & DATA PRIVACY: By accepting the prize, the winner grants participating brands permission to use their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Any personal data collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
