I love the Stuffed Chili Peppers with Sun-Dried Tomatoes because they're distinctly delicious and versatile. A great pop of color on an antipasti plate, they have just enough heat and spice to pair with crostini, cheese, vegetable sticks, and just about anything. Good as stand alone appetizers and as hot little additions to cocktails. One or two peppers added to a main course make it shine. I even add them (in moderation) to my Ukrainian borscht, and to an Asian hot and sour soup. Perfect on so many levels!
