Sustainably Farmed Tuna
Following an age-old harvesting technique dating back to the time of the Phoenicians, La Tonnara is a sustainable, traditional fishing practice used to trap saltwater tuna. Freshly caught tuna is cut into steaks, steamed to cook, and placed into jars with water and salt.
