Handmade For Generations

Within the twists of each individually crafted lorighittas- “iron ring” in Sardinian- can be found the flavors and nuances of Sardinia’s rich food history. Swimming with the fresh, oceanic tastes of Sardinia’s abundant coast in lorighittas ai frutti di mare, or basking in the rich, rustic ingredients of lorighittas alla campidanese, this sundried ancient grain pasta will share with you it’s story and leave you nostalgic for a simpler time.

From Sardinia, With Love

Bona Furtuna Ancient Grain Sardinian Pasta celebrates the rich history and traditions of the island of Sardinia. 100% organic, heirloom Karalis durum wheat is grown on the fertile island to create a unique pasta with the perfect elasticity and authentic al dente texture. The grain is ground, then shaped & hand braided by the few remaining artisans that have learned the rare technique of this pasta used to celebrate All Saints’ Day.

Outstanding Oasta

Great taste and texture. Almost as good as home-made lorighetta. I would definitely buy it again.
